MIASP is hosting a Winter Mental Health Workshop on January 15, 2022 to come together during difficult times. The workshop will feature unique ways to better your mental health, including a meditation session and a mandala zentangle session, as well as special presentations from various community members about how to recognize the signs someone is dealing with depression and what you can do to help yourself or others.
